Booking Terms

Quotes

Every quote is written, sent within 20 minutes (7 AM – 10 PM), and lists exactly what is included (car, driver, fuel, tolls, parking, hotels, meals) and what is not (temple fees, ropeway / helicopter tickets, pony or palki, personal expenses). Prices are valid for the dates and group size quoted.

Confirmation & payment

A booking is confirmed when we receive the advance mentioned in your quote (50% of the total). The balance is paid before departure, by UPI, bank transfer or cash. We send a confirmation on WhatsApp with the driver's name and number a day before pickup.

Cancellation

Cancel 30 or more days before departure for a full refund of the advance, minus any non-refundable hotel or helicopter payments already made. Within 30 days the advance is adjusted against those costs. If a Dham road or helicopter service is closed by the authorities or weather, we reschedule or refund the unused part.

On the road

Char Dham itineraries depend on weather, road conditions and temple timings. Our driver may change the order of halts for your safety. Char Dham registration with the Uttarakhand government is mandatory; we help you complete it.
