How quickly will I get a quote?
Within 20 minutes (7 AM – 10 PM). For urgent bookings, WhatsApp is fastest.
Can I start from Delhi or from Haridwar?
Both. Every package has a Delhi departure and a Haridwar departure. Haridwar pickups are from the railway station or your hotel; Delhi pickups from your home, hotel or the airport.
What is included in the price?
Your written quote lists everything: car with driver, fuel, tolls, parking, hotels and meals as mentioned. Temple fees, ropeway, helicopter, pony / palki and personal expenses are extra unless stated.
Which vehicle will we get?
Private AC car with an experienced hill driver, sized for your group and named in the quote — sedan or SUV for up to 6, AC tempo traveller (9–17 seats) for bigger groups. All vehicles are insured and well maintained.
How do I confirm and pay?
A 50% advance by UPI or bank transfer confirms the booking. The balance is paid before departure. You get a WhatsApp confirmation with the driver's name and number.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 30 or more days before departure for a full refund of the advance (minus any non-refundable hotel or helicopter payments). See our Booking Terms for details.
Do you help with Char Dham registration and helicopter tickets?
Yes — we complete the mandatory Uttarakhand registration for you and book Kedarnath helicopter tickets when you want them.
